In 2009, Marocavie financed the installation of a pumping system in the village of Biougra (Ait Baha - Chtouka province).
This system pumps water from a 170m deep drilling, enabling local inhabitant to irrigate their fields using a drip system.
By promoting the agriculture and self-sufficiency of these populations, this installation makes it possible to reduce the rural exodus.
